Goodbye Prairie Street
In June of 1974, KPFT conducted a major fundraising push to prepare for a new home at 419 Lovett Blvd. and vacate the Prairie St. studio.
By year's end the task would be complete.
KPFT signed off the air on Christmas day to begin the move.
