The List

The list of past programming is drawn from schedules in print publications 1970-90s and snapshots of the KPFT website at archive.org.

It is likely that this will never be a complete and authoritative historical accounting, but will reflect the best data available.

If you know of a program that is missing from the list and would like to see it represented please Contact Us with as much information as you can provide. Should you wish to submit a detailed write-up of particular programs, we welcome the contribution.

Promos & Samples

When possible, promo spots or samples of programs are provided for each show with permission or under color of copyright fair use guidelines.

Enjoy, and please Contact Us if you'd like to submit a sample, add a missing program, or have any questions.

We have the ability and willingness to digitize legacy media for digital preservation if you would like to volunteer your own archives. Although we are more than happy to accept digital files (mp3, et al), we are also able to capture and save digital versions of the following:

  1. Audio cassettes
  2. VHS tapes
  3. CD-R
  4. hard drive backups

Additionally, should it be necessary, we are willing to explore conversion of

  1. 8 track carts
  2. Reel to Reel tape
  3. film assets
